Job Details
Our client is seeking experienced Technical Change Analysts to support ICT delivery projects within a large enterprise technology environment.
The Technical Change Analyst will play a key role in preparing and implementing change and training initiatives to support stakeholders and end users through transitions from current-state to future-state systems and processes.
This role focuses on driving successful adoption of ICT solutions through effective change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery, while minimizing disruption to business operations and end users.
The successful candidates will work closely with project teams and change leadership to ensure alignment with organizational change management frameworks and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
* Develop and implement change and training artefacts to support ICT project delivery and business transformation initiatives.
* Support stakeholders and end users through change by delivering structured communication, engagement, and training activities.
* Contribute to discovery activities including problem statements, stakeholder mapping, personas, journey mapping, pain point analysis, and benefit identification in collaboration with Business Analysts.
* Assist in the development and execution of Change Management and Communications Plans for business and end users.
* Develop communication materials including emails, FAQs, intranet content, briefing packs, and stakeholder updates.
* Contribute to benefits realisation activities including baseline data collection, metrics validation, and success measurement.
* Develop training plans and training materials including user guides, instructional videos, and online learning content.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and training sessions to support successful adoption of new systems and processes.
* Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Change Leads, Business Analysts, and delivery teams to ensure effective transition outcomes.
Skills & Experience
Change Management & Analysis
* Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and ICT transformation projects.
* Strong capability in change planning, business situation analysis, and business process modelling.
* Experience delivering communications, stakeholder engagement, and training activities.
Learning & Training
* Experience in learning design, training material development, and training delivery.
* Ability to create engaging, user-focused learning content and support materials.
Technical & Professional Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working within project delivery environments and cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and support end-user adoption activities.
Desirable Qualifications
Qualifications or certifications in Change Management are highly regarded, including:
* ADKAR
* Prosci
* Kotter
* ACMP
