About the RoleMondelez International invites a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance at our Dandenong South site.
The role ensures alignment with company policy, ISO standards and statutory requirements while driving a culture of zero defects and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the site quality strategy, establishing robust systems and processes.Lead a team of Quality Partners, expanding capability and coordinating departmental activities.Guarantee compliance with company policies, standards and statutory regulations, delivering strong food safety practices.Promote a quality culture by raising awareness across functions, enhancing operational efficiency and specification compliance.Partner with site leadership and external stakeholders to maximize effectiveness and integrate quality systems with operations.Qualifications and ExperiencePassion for food safety and quality.10+ years of relevant quality experience in Operations, R&D or Manufacturing.Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with change-management skills.Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple priorities.Commercial strategy and product/package development experience, including ingredient and package technology.Effective communication and cross-functional team leadership.Proficiency in statistical processes and problem-solving techniques.Experience working with external manufacturing suppliers to ensure policy and technical compliance.Business Unit SummaryMondelez International's mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
