Learning and Development Advisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to support our organisation in building capabilities through employee development. The successful candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and behaviours of employees.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in designing company-wide learning programs, including e-learning, face-to-face training, and development resources
* Take ownership of skill-building related to Performance Management Processes and other core capability programs
* Manage learning content, including curating digital library content, articles, videos, and development guides
* Design and manage e-learning content using authoring tools
* Monitor program evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement
* Manage internal marketing and communication of L&D resources
* Provide first-line support to employees on their learning needs
* Create and maintain the annual calendar of face-to-face learning events
* Organise logistics for learning activities, including participant, vendor, and venue management
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in design, assessment, and facilitation, including e-learning design and creation. You'll be a confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and high attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working with LMS software and learning content authoring tools
* Design and facilitation of learning solutions
* Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records
* Confidence using LMS platforms and e-learning design software
