We require an energetic professional who is a highly motivated individual that seeks to develop their career in quality for a privately owned manufacturing business. Reporting directly to the Quality & Compliance Manager, the ideal candidate will be integral to supporting Digga's growth as well as providing assurance to external customers, suppliers, regulators, and other key stakeholders that all materials produced by the Digga group meet relevant industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance to the Quality Management System and ISO 9001 accreditation.
* Continuously improve, implement, and maintain policies, standards, and procedures.
* Prepare and submit routine reports as required.
* Create initiatives to enhance our overall customer service satisfaction.
* Assist with fostering a strong quality culture within the organisation, including delivery of internal training programs on Digga's quality system.
* Work with and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What You Will Need
* Experience with ISO 9001 required.
* Qualifications in internal auditing, quality, or related fields essential.
* Minimum three years of experience in a similar role with a background in a manufacturing environment.
* Leadership qualities and/or experience, or a desire to grow or develop these skills.
* In‑depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant production standards.
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing business requirements.
* High level of communication and problem‑solving skills (experience or knowledge of Ishikawa diagram or 5‑why analysis highly desirable).

A strong working knowledge of manufacturing principles would be expected, and a background in machinery design, fabrication principles, automotive or mining equipment is preferred and would be an advantage.
