What Success Looks Like in This Role
This Technical Field Engineer ensures that our federal government client's systems stay secure, reliable, and mission‐ready through expert on‐site technical support and robust client engagement. The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer‐related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities
* Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
* Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting.
* Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment.
* Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals) software and hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PCs.
* Test and Tag experience highly regarded.
* Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting Deskside support environment.
* Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
Requirements
* NV1 or NV2 security clearance must have for this role.
* Driver's License is required.
