You will be a Corporate M&A Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level who would like to work part-time - 3 days a week. You do not need investment funds experience.
Your new role
You will report directly to the head of this Investment Funds Management practice, with the largest return/hedge fund legal practice. You do not need funds experience, but you will need strong academics.
Specialise in wholesale funds and funds management, private M&A, joint ventures, government projects and contracts, infrastructure and energy investment, privatisations, commercial contracts and corporate law advice generally.
