Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
* Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef ready to step up
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (preferred)
* Strong understanding of charcoal grilling and high-volume service
* Passion for food, quality and consistency
* Ability to lead by example and support the Head Chef
* Highly motivated, organised and calm under pressure
* A genuine team player with positive energy
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Support leadership of the kitchen team during service
* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
* Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation
* Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance
* Train and mentor junior chefs
* Contribute creatively to menu development and specials
