Dispute Resolution Manager This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the professional development of others in dispute resolution services. * The ideal applicant will be someone who has experience leading a team, analysing needs of IT systems, and implementing business improvement projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, preparing, implementing and evaluating business improvement projects and change initiatives that expand and enhance dispute resolution services. They will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to provide support for wellbeing, connect on work, career development and growth. The person will manage the team leaders including achievement development plans (ADP), coaching, provision of performance management and feedback.
