About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Analyst to join a high-performing investment team. You will gain broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and due diligence through to execution and portfolio management, while working closely with senior leaders on a diverse range of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and, where appropriate, lead investment deal execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and preparation of investment papers.
* Manage elements of the investment lifecycle from origination to completion.
* Contribute to portfolio management, including cashflow modelling, reporting, and investor communications.
* Draft and prepare internal IC papers, investor reports, and marketing materials.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams, investors, and external advisors.
* Gain exposure to commercial negotiations, structuring, and risk assessment.
About You
* Currently operating as a Senior Analyst in investment management, corporate finance, or a related field, ideally with Real Estate exposure.
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (Excel, cashflow modelling, IRR, NPV, valuation methods).
* Experience with property, credit, or infrastructure investments is advantageous.
* A strong communicator who enjoys working with both numbers and people.
* Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.
