We are seeking an experienced Renal Nurse to provide high-quality care within a dynamic and supportive regional hospital setting. Your Responsibilities:
* Provide safe, high-quality dialysis care across hospital and community-based renal units
* Set up, monitor, and manage dialysis machines, assessing and responding to patient needs throughout treatment
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Accurately document patient progress and adhere to strict infection control and clinical protocols
What We're Looking For:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
* Minimum 4 years of renal nursing experience in Australia or New Zealand
* Previous experience with Fresenius, Gambro, or Baxter dialysis machines is highly desirable
* Must have full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
* Sunrise EMR training preferred for placements in SA - can be arranged prior to placement
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues
* Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
* Valid driver's license preferred for regional and remote community-based settings
* Willingness to take on travel nursing contracts in regional/remote locations for 4-12 weeks

As a Locum Mental Health Registered Nurse with CMR, you'll experience a range of meaningful roles across Australia's mental health care landscape. From community outreach to acute interventions, you'll provide critical support and care in:
