Job Title: Quality And Compliance Manager
About the Role
Auditors and compliance officers play a vital role in ensuring that organizations operate within the bounds of regulatory requirements. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) and environmental sustainability management systems (ESMS).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain QMS and ESMS.
Ensure compliance with BRC, HACCP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage supplier programs, traceability, and customer complaint processes.
Lead audits, validations, and continuous improvement projects.
Drive environmental and social performance through innovative strategies.
Support new product development (NPD) and ensure quality at every stage.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in science and HACCP/environmental training or equivalent.
Proven experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance and best practices.
Strong ability to apply and implement OHS risk management principles effectively.
Solid understanding of ISO standards and their practical application.
Knowledge of BRC, WQA, and sustainability standards.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
