About the Position
The club is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Duty Manager to oversee daily operations.
You will assist in operational oversight, ensuring staff provide excellent customer service to valued members and guests.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with day-to-day operations of all aspects of the club.
* Communicating with management team to discuss daily operations, special promotions, events, staff issues, incidents, and work tasks.
* Monitoring cash flow, verifying floats, operating, reconciling, and balancing tills.
* Coordinating employee movements and breaks.
* Monitoring service and open/close procedures for all areas and sections.
As Assistant Duty Manager, you will be responsible for providing training, direction, mentoring, and supervision to all staff. You will also respond to customer enquiries and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
Please note that this is a full-time opportunity requiring availability across a 7-day rotating roster.
