Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager
As a senior hospitality manager, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our guests by ensuring seamless, professional, and personal service from the initial booking to their departure.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident working independently, loves details, and enjoys collaboration across departments. You will be responsible for managing guest and group booking enquiries with accuracy and care, maintaining rate loading, market segmentation, and inventory balance daily, and monitoring and action pending HOTSOS tasks to support operational flow.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage guest and group booking enquiries with accuracy and care
* Maintain rate loading, market segmentation, and inventory balance daily
* Monitor and action pending HOTSOS tasks to support operational flow
* Ensure corporate, FIT, and wholesale rates are accurate across all systems
* Liaise with Sales, Front Office, and Housekeeping for smooth guest experiences
* Support the annual rate audit process with insights and data accuracy
* Share best practices and assist in training team members when required
Requirements:
* Qualifications and Skills:
* Warm, guest-first approach and a professional phone manner
* Strong computer literacy (Opera, Concerto, HOTSOS, Microsoft Office)
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable working solo and collaboratively across departments
* A proactive mindset and commitment to high service standards
* At least 3 years of experience within Front Office or Reservations
* Legal right to work in Australia
