The ROLEs
We are seeking experienced people willing to relocate to Northern Tasmania (Launceston area) with a variety of skills and capabilities. All roles will be required to:
1. Demonstrate a commitment to a safe working environment and contribute to the development of the Safety 1st culture.
2. Ensure compliance with Hazell Bro Group, OH&S regulations, work instructions, and procedures.
3. Work to meet and exceed customer expectations.
4. Have a Construction Industry White Card
5. Have reliable transport to get to and from work
6. Have current full working rights in Australia

Skills And Experiences
Skills and experience that we are looking for (you may have some or all of these):
13. Experience in paving operations and methodologies
14. Experience in rolling operations and methodologies
15. Experience in profile operations and methodologies
16. Level Hand (screed operator)
17. Technical and Mechanical aptitude for Asphalt & Sealing
18. Float experience
19. Sealing, running metal and operating a broom
20. Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid licence
21. Dangerous Goods ticket
These roles are for people who want to step up when the opportunity arises, so we aren't looking for passengers. We will invest in you if you put in for us, with career progression available. Ideally you will also have 3-5 years' experience in applying your skills.
