Rostering Administrator Role
This role is accountable for providing high-level administrative and operational support to a division. To succeed, you will need a comprehensive understanding of employment policies, relevant legislation, and medical officer classifications.
* Manage complex rostering and workforce coordination requirements.
* Analyse and interpret workforce data to inform business decisions.
* Develop rosters that align with availability, award conditions, and fatigue management principles.
* Oversee locum engagement for Resident Medical Officers, Registrars, and Consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate contracts, payment processing, clinician onboarding, and access to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Engage with stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive successful outcomes.
