We are currently looking for professionals who are interested in being considered for Construction Contract Administrator or Project Management positions.
Our clients are interested in meeting with candidates who have experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Creating client and subcontractor contracts
* Supporting Project Managers with project coordination
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and other parties
* Tender response evaluation
* Taking minutes and following up on meetings
* Certification and payment progress claims
* Final payments
* Subcontractor negotiation, selection and management
* Cost reporting and finalisation of contracts
* Maintaining construction documents to a high standard
Qualifications
* Expertise in relevant field
* Proficient general administration skills
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Ability to identify ways to improve procedures
* Ideally, a tertiary qualification in a construction/property related field
