**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Investment Associate to join an experienced team. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in the research, analysis, and execution of investment opportunities in the private debt and equity sectors. You will work closely with the investment team to assess risk, identify opportunities, and contribute to an impressive track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential investment opportunities in private debt and equity markets.
- Evaluate financial statements, perform due diligence, and assess the risk-return profile of prospective investments.
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement investment strategies.
- Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Stay up to date with market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments.
- Support the team in maintaining and enhancing our investment models and tools.
**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus).
