10+ years' experience as power systems engineer, with at least 7 years recent experience in earthing and bonding design; Tertiary qualification in electrical/power engineering, preferably chartered engineering and RPEQ status; Excellent spoken and written communication skills including a working knowledge of MS Office; Experience in a design consultancy role Demonstrated ability to lead the design teams and deliver earthing and power system design solutions Experience in AC and DC railway earthing, bonding and electrolysis design Experience of working with traction power system modelling software tools. Experience of CDEGS earthing system software for earthing and induction modelling Experience of ETAP or equivalent software tool for power system modelling. Ability to develop studies in ATP/PSCAD/EMTP Experience in developing EMC studies and management plans. Ability to develop maintenance strategies and procedures, commissioning plans and documentation
