Our services include aged and aged disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care.
We are currently seeking a Gardener/Lawnmower who is enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
A successful candidate will have the following:
* Ability to Holistic care
* A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
* Compassionate and respectful attitude towards clients, including individuals with disabilities and seniors.
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of time management and organisational ability
* Maintain repairs and maintenance of gardening equipment.
This position will be servicing clients in Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast Region.
Qualifications
* Satisfactory Australian National Police check
* Current first aid and CPR certificate
* Blue Card
* Smart mobile phone
* Driver's licence
* working at heights (Advantageous)
* Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual care (Advantageous, however not essential)
