You'll align technical strategy with business goals, manage stakeholder expectations, and act as a trusted subject matter expert throughout the entire project lifecycle. What You'll Do Lead with expertise: Manage end-to-end client engagements, translating business needs into detailed solution designs. You'll define the architecture, including system components, integrations, and data flows, ensuring all plans align with enterprise standards and target frameworks. Architect for impact: Select and recommend the best technologies, platforms, and frameworks to meet client requirements. You'll lead the technical direction, from initial design through to deployment, and work closely with delivery managers, developers, and security teams to ensure successful project delivery. Act as a trusted advisor: Manage client expectations, especially under tight timelines and in fast-paced, agile environments. You'll act as the primary technical point of contact for executives and project teams, facilitating communication and providing expert guidance on technical and process changes. Champion security: Develop and maintain security architecture frameworks, including principles, standards, and reference models. You'll have a strong focus on security implementation within the financial industry. What We're Looking For Consulting experience: Proven experience leading customer-facing engagements and aligning technical strategy with business needs. Technical depth: Expertise in solution design, systems integration, and modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, cloud-native). Cloud proficiency: Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. Security focus: Solid understanding of security architecture, including identity and access management, endpoint security, and cloud security. Strategic communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to create and present clear architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
