An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our Works team. This is a hands-on role contributing directly to the construction and maintenance of the Shire's roads and infrastructure, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our local community.
Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain the grader and other plant to deliver precision grading for capital and maintenance works programs.
* Assist with general civil works including drainage and earthworks.
* Contribute to high-quality road construction and maintenance outcomes for the local community.
* Mentor other staff to build future capacity within the team.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator.
* Ability to perform precision grading and operate relevant plant and equipment.
* Willingness to contribute to drainage and earthworks tasks and support capital and maintenance programs.
* Ability to work in a friendly, supportive team environment and contribute to community-focused projects.
