**About the role**
In this role you will be partnering with Key stakeholders, internal and external, to develop and implement Shopper-focused retail strategies, designed to drive sustainable and profitable growth. You will work to deliver retail strategies through exceptional excellence that creates an unrivaled shopping experience for the consumer and mutually beneficial relationship with members
**Key Focus Areas**
- All Retail Programs & Store Operations
- Retailer/ State Support Services (Stock, Sales, Training, Dashboard Reporting).
- Retail Activation and Shopper Marketing
- Project Management
- Store Development
- People Management
**You will have**
- Min 10 years retail industry experience, preferably in FMCG
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously to deliver quality and on time
- Experience with process improvement and change initiatives
- Significant experience in leadership roles, people management and coaching
- Public speaking / presentation skills desirable
- Process / project management experience capability
- Commercial and Analytical capability
- High level negotiation skills, strong communication, presentation &influencing skills
