Delaware North Australia is recruiting skilled and passionate culinary professionals to join our back‑of‑house teams across the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Marvel Stadium, Melbourne Airport and Victoria Racing Club (VRC). With an exciting calendar ahead, including the AFL 2026 season, we're seeking chefs and kitchen professionals who thrive in high‑performance environments and take pride in delivering exceptional food at scale.
Our culinary teams play a vital role in producing high‑quality dishes for a wide range of outlets, including premium dining spaces, private suites, large‑scale functions, and retail food operations. This is an outstanding opportunity to work behind the scenes at world‑class events and continue developing your culinary career in some of the most iconic venues in the country.

What will you do?
* Supporting culinary operations in various dining settings
* Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
* Assisting with budget management and stock control
* Leading and inspiring a team of casual chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
More about you
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
* Proven experience in high-volume kitchens and event venues
* Knowledge of commercial cooking with a flair for creative presentation
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively
* A true passion for food and excellence in service
