Job Description

The Payroll Remediation Director will oversee payroll remediation projects, identify discrepancies, ensure compliance with Australian payroll laws and implement corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, strong analytical skills, and deep knowledge of Australian payroll regulations.

Education and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
* 5-7+ years in payroll management, focusing on remediation.
* Deep knowledge of Australian payroll laws.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven project leadership ability.
* Proficiency in payroll software and data analysis tools.
* Payroll administration certification is a plus.


Skills and Abilities

* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and internet research.


Certificates and Licenses

* Valid driver's license required.
