About the Position
This residential portfolio management opportunity is now available.
The successful candidate will take over the day-to-day management of 250 properties, supported by a team of professionals including a Leasing Executive, the Accounts team, and an Admin Assistant.
You will be responsible for coordinating duties for your team, undertaking routine and final inspections, managing rental increases and lease renewals, resolving disputes, and sourcing new business opportunities for additional commission (optional).

1. Residential Property Portfolio Management: Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio with autonomy.
2. Team Coordination: Coordinate tasks and duties for your team.
3. Routine and Final Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure optimal condition.
4. Rental Increases and Lease Renewals: Oversee rental increase negotiations and lease renewal processes.
5. Dispute Resolution: Resolve any disputes that may arise between tenants and landlords.
6. New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities for additional commission (optional).
