**About the Roles**

General responsibilities include:
- Administrative tasks to support the partners, team and clients.
- Preparing documents and cost agreements.
- File/matter management.
- Processing end of month billing.
- Business Development support.
**About You**
We are looking for self-motivated and collaborative individuals with demonstrated legal experience to join our team. The successful applicant will bring with them:
- Proven success and administration experience (ideally working in the Legal Industry as a Legal Assistant/Secretary).
- Experience creating new client matter files, closing and archiving files.
- Experience with document preparation and cost agreements.
- Billing experience highly advantageous.
- Proficient technical and computer knowledge, with advanced skills in MS office.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and initiative.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and assist with competing deadlines.
