Are you a customer service superstar with a flair for managing big-name retail accounts? We're on the hunt for an experienced **Customer Service Officer** to join our **Wholesale Customer Service team** on a **12-month contract**. This is your chance to work with major retailers like **Target**and **Harris Scarfe** managing key wholesale portfolios across Australia and NZ.
In this dynamic role, you'll act as a trusted partner for your accounts - not just entering orders, but owning the full order lifecycle to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- ** Own the order management process** - from receipt to dispatch
- ** Manage major wholesale accounts** and build strong, collaborative relationships
- ** Monitor stock levels** and drive timely order fulfillment to meet delivery deadlines
- ** Work cross-functionally** with Warehousing, Sales and many other departments within the business
- **Keep systems and databases up to date**:
- Jump into **ad hoc projects** that keep things fresh
**What You'll Bring**
- Solid **order management experience** (bonus points for EDI/AS400 know-how)
- Background in **customer service/account management** - ideally in retail, wholesale or manufacturing
- ** Top-notch organisational skills** and a love for juggling priorities
- High **attention to detail** and fast, accurate data entry
- A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
