Your Key Focus Areas
* Inspire and develop your team, fostering collaboration, accountability and a strong service ethos.
* Grow and maintain strong referrer partnerships, acting as a trusted representative of Qscan in the community.
* Drive operational excellence, streamlining processes and maximising resource utilisation.
* Champion safety and compliance, ensuring the clinic meets Qscan's high standards for WHS and care.
* Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in daily operations, including clerical and patient-facing duties.
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in healthcare, with a track record of managing people, performance, and priorities.
* Strong understanding of Medicare (radiology experience highly valued).
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
* Commercial acumen, operational savvy, and the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth.
* Proficiency with clinical systems, reporting tools and digital workflows.
