Payroll Analytics Advisor
Drive payroll accuracy, compliance, and insight through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Analysehistorical payroll data to identify trends and issues
Developreports and dashboards to support compliance and decisions
Collaboratewith Payroll, HR and Finance to ensure data integrity
Recommendprocess improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Supportaudit, remediation and reporting activities
About You:
Experiencedin payroll analytics, reporting or data analysis
Skilledin payroll systems, compliance and data privacy
Proficientin Excel, Power BI or similar analytics tools
Detail-focusedcommunicator with strong stakeholder skills
Knowledgeof Chris21 or similar HRIS highly regarded
