Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and values-driven individual to coordinate the delivery of our Youth Engagement Program.
The program aims to support young people aged 16-25 in achieving their driver's licence, a key milestone in their life towards independence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Screening applicant learner drivers
* Organising driving instructor lessons
* Building program capacity through volunteer recruitment
* Liaising with partner agencies to support young people
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications or significant demonstrated equivalent experience in Youth Work, Community Development, or Social Work
* A current Victorian Driver Licence
* A current Working With Children Check
* Proficiency in MS Office suite especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
* A strong team focus with excellent communication skills
* Experience working with diverse backgrounds and religions
* Excellent time management skills
