, is a flagship lifestyle village bringing high-quality homes and facilities to South West Rocks.
We are seeking an experienced
Site Supervisor/ Foreman – Construction
who wants a safe and solid place to run it their way or someone eager to step up to next level and run a compressed program. You will be supported by construction administrators, office staff, and senior management, while being the key driver of project outcomes onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project scope, program, and milestones with senior management.
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and trades to achieve program outcomes.
Ensure compliance with codes, legislation, WHS, and company standards.
Review and approve project documentation prior to mobilisation.
Keep Procore scheduling, reporting, and defect registers accurate and up to date.
Drive quality assurance, safety, and proactive risk management.
Provide strong leadership and clear direction to site teams and subcontractors.
About You
Genuine site experience with trades to push along a solid program
Minimum 3 years' experience as Construction Foreman or Site Supervisor
Proficiency with Procore and/or Microsoft Projects (desirable).
Strong communication, stakeholder, and contractor management skills.
Hands-on leadership style with a focus on quality and safety.
Comprehensive knowledge of NCC, codes, and industry best practice.
