What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor team members, designing and delivering learning programs with explicit, measurable objectives.
- Develop learning materials and digital assets, managing program delivery to ensure engagement and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating learning effectiveness and managing deliverables and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on integrated learning plans, embrace emerging digital trends, and manage training logistics.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in learning and development, skilled in designing programs and applying change management within Agile frameworks.
- Expertise in learning tools, performance evaluation, feedback, and strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical advisory skills with a first-level team leadership role managing up to 10 team members.
- Capable of prioritizing annually, leading medium to large projects, and delivering results through experience and sound judgment.
