About the Role:
Doma Hotels focuses on delivering a standout guest experience in a first-class dining venue. Our latest Restaurant will showcase local quality produce and 5-star customer service. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team and have the opportunity to work under experienced Chefs.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant.
- Assisting the Head Chef in planning menus and ordering food supplies.
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures.
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
- Leading, training, and mentoring junior staff.
- Delivering consistency in product quality and presentation.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Manage own section and assist other sections as needed.

- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Available to work both weekdays and weekends.
