A Payroll professional is needed for an exciting role on the Gold Coast

They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the company's payroll.
**Your new role**
The role of the Payroll Officer, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for the full payroll function, payroll administration and the upkeep of payroll data. Your primary focus will be ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payroll. Processing numerous payrolls for many employees you will need to respond to payroll queries within our agreed service levels, along with responsibility for calculating pay increases, back pays and processing leave reconciliation.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating as a Payroll Officer within a fast-paced, busy team. You will need to have excellent relationship-building skills, be motivated, and have great knowledge of EBA's. Additionally, you will have the ability to problem-solve, meet tight deadlines, work independently or as part of a team and demonstrated advanced skills in Excel and accounting software.
