The Administration Officer's duties involve administration of patient management systems ensuring compliance with relevant Medical Records standards accurate data entry and undertaking administrative office tasks including responding to customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner developing a work culture promoting customer service excellence and backfilling where required including reception theatre and aged care.
