They have an excellent pipeline of work and are therefore seeking an additional Project Architect to join the team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled architect to work in a supportive and inclusive environment.
What you'll need to succeed
* Relevant Architecture Degree
* Experience in similar roles, at least 5 years + would be an advantage
* Proven track record in residential, multi-residential, commercial, community and/or educational projects
* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
* Strong foundation of BCA/NCC, building regulations, Victorian Planning Policies and Australian Standards regulating the design and construction of buildings in Australia
* Experience and/or sound knowledge of documentation processes
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects of varying sizes
* A team player
* Excellent written and verbal communication
