Open to both experienced senior and ambitious junior candidates looking to build a career in high-performance B2B sales.

About The Company

An established solar and battery distribution company with a strong footprint across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland, supported by local warehouses and offices in each state. The business operates with a stable and reliable supply chain, clear and disciplined pricing structures, and a strategic focus on high-margin battery solutions. As 2026 marks a critical phase of national growth, the company is expanding its sales team to support increasing market demand and drive continued success.

Role and Responsibility

* Managing and growing a portfolio of solar installers & electricians
* Developing new B2B accounts
* Quoting, closing, and managing repeat orders
* Selling solar panels, inverters, and battery systems
* Working under a clear profit (Gross Profit‐based) KPI

Requirements

Hard Skills

* Applicants for the Business development manager role should have proven B2B sales experience, preferably in solar, electrical, construction, or trade supply.
* Solar experience is helpful but not essential for the Business development specialist role. Attitude and execution matter more.
* Ability to manage your own sales pipeline end‐to‐end
* Strong commercial mindset with a focus on profitability

Soft Skills

* Comfortable in a KPI‐driven, performance‐based environment
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently
* High level of accountability and ownership
* Execution‐focused and results‐driven
