As our Head of Operations for VIC, TAS, SA, WA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic success and daily operational management of our prestigious branded business. You will be tasked with spearheading the rapid expansion of our luxury network through dynamic sales strategies and strategic acquisitions, including Travel Associates Independents. As a leader your role will be to propel the Brand and Business Plan across our network, maximising sales productivity and profitability with precision. Your expertise in managing retail resources will ensure efficient and effective operations, while your commitment to nurturing and empowering your team will be evident in every aspect of luxury operations. Cultivating powerful relationships with Business Leaders, suppliers, and industry peers is essential for success in this role, as is the ability to embody and promote our company's culture and brand values. This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney; Role closing 1st of August.
