The RPAS Pilot will operate drones for aerial imagery capture, surveillance operations, and compliance reporting.
The role also involves carrying out equipment maintenance, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, and maintaining compliance with CASA regulations.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients to meet their project requirements, monitoring project progress, and analyzing collected data to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights to stakeholders.QualificationsProficiency in drone piloting, navigation, and operations with RPAS licenses and certifications as per CASA requirementsUnderstanding of drone data processing, aerial mapping, and related software toolsStrong knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and compliance standards in drone operationsExcellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and report project outcomes effectivelyAttention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to ensuring data accuracyPhysical fitness for outdoor work and the ability to work under various weather conditionsDiploma or relevant qualification in aviation or related fields is advantageous
