Are you looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact on animal performance and efficiency?We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Feeding Manager to oversee the daily feeding operations at our Myola feedlot - based in Croppa Creek NSW, ensuring cattle receive optimal nutrition while leading a dedicated team.What You'll Be Doing:Managing and overseeing feeding operations, ensuring cattle receive the right rations for peak performance.Leading and training feeding teams, fostering a strong work ethic and efficiency.Monitoring cattle health and behaviour, making real-time adjustments as needed.Optimising feeding schedules to improve weight gain and feed conversion.Coordinating with suppliers, nutritionists, and management to ensure feed quality and availability.Maintaining accurate records of feed inventory, consumption, and compliance standards.Problem-solving operational challenges with a proactive and hands-on approach.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat We’re Looking For: Experience in feedlot or large-scale cattle operations. Proven strong leadership and communication skills to work across all levels. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail in feeding schedules, cattle health, and data tracking.
