THE ROLE
This isn't a sit-back operations role. You'll be at the centre of the business, responsible for keeping everything running smoothly while actively improving how it runs.
* Manage day-to-day operations across the business, ensuring workflows are efficient and effective
* Lead, mentor and coordinate administrative and support staff
* Work closely with the leadership team to identify gaps and implement solutions
* Drive process improvements that enhance both team performance and client experience
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding and ongoing staff development
* Manage operational budgets and contribute to business growth strategies
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
ABOUT YOU
This role suits someone ready to step up — not someone who needs hand-holding.
You bring:
* Previous experience in real estate and a management or senior role
* A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
* A strong track record of improving processes and leading teams
* Confidence making decisions and solving problems without hesitation
* The ability to see the bigger picture while still executing day-to-day tasks
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead from the front
* Experience with real estate CRM systems (training provided on internal platforms)
