About the Role
We're seeking a
stable and reliable Insurance Broker Assistant
to support our advisers and help manage our existing clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and maintaining a high standard of care and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage renewal processes for existing clients' insurance policies
Communicate with clients to confirm policy details and renewal options
Liaise with insurers for quotations, policy changes, and documentation
Maintain client records accurately in the CRM system
Support the broker team with administrative and compliance tasks
About You
Prior experience in
insurance, finance, or customer service
preferred
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Comfortable with phone and email client communication
Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification (advantage but not required)
