Human Resources Manager
This role is pivotal in providing HR support to all employees, aligning with L'Arche's identity mission and values.
* The Human Resources Manager will lead the recruitment process in collaboration with the Registered Manager and Community Leader.
* The role requires establishing and maintaining relationships with various organisations such as recruitment agencies, career offices, churches, communities and educational establishments. A strong emphasis is placed on promoting opportunities among young people particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds.
