Recrevi Group is growing! We’re on the lookout for a driven and detail oriented Junior Resourcer to join our high performing team in Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start or grow your career in recruitment. You’ll work alongside a group of experienced consultants who are true experts in their fields, and you’ll receive hands-on training and mentoring from a career resourcer with deep industry knowledge.
What you’ll do:
* Support Head of Resourcing & Recruitment Consultants
* Research, identify and engage with top tier legal candidates
* Write job adverts and assist with candidate outreach strategies
* Manage and update our candidate database and job boards
What we’re looking for:
* A proactive and curious mindset
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
* A great attitude and eagerness to learn
* This role could suit a law student looking to gain commercial experience in a professional services environment while studying
* Previous experience in recruitment or a resourcing/support role is advantageous, but not essential
