Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager – Finance & Business Services, this role will lead the group's inventory function across beverage operations. You will be responsible for establishing best practice stock management frameworks, overseeing POS and inventory systems, and delivering training and insights to improve performance and reduce loss.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement group-wide inventory policies, procedures and reporting frameworks
* Lead independent stocktakes, audits and investigations into stock variance and loss
* Oversee POS systems, database integrity and system upgrades
* Deliver training programs and build capability across venue teams
* Project manage POS and inventory system rollouts for new acquisitions
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced inventory professional with a strong background in multi-site hospitality, particularly across pubs and bottle shops. You bring a balance of operational understanding, technical expertise and leadership capability, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Extensive experience in group-level inventory management within hospitality
* Strong knowledge of POS systems and stock reporting frameworks
* Proven leadership capability, with experience mentoring teams
* High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills
* Ability to manage projects, stakeholders and system implementations
