Field Sales Manager – Peripheral Intervention (NSW)
As a Field Sales Manager – Peripheral Intervention you'll combine hands‐on selling with people leadership. You'll retain ownership of a Central Sydney territory, working directly with clinicians and hospital stakeholders, while also leading and developing a team of four Territory Managers across New South Wales.
Your Day‐to‐Day
* Own and grow a Central Sydney territory within the Peripheral Intervention portfolio.
* Lead, coach and develop a team of four Territory Managers across NSW.
* Conduct regular field visits to coach selling skills, territory management and clinical engagement.
* Drive market share growth across peripheral intervention products.
* Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders.
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned to national objectives.
* Manage forecasts, pipeline reviews and performance metrics.
* Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Partner with Marketing, Clinical and cross‐functional teams to deliver seamless customer support.
* Report performance, insights and opportunities to senior leadership.
About You
* Proven success in medical device sales, ideally within Peripheral Intervention, Interventional Cardiology, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Vascular Field sales management experience.
* Confidence coaching and developing sales professionals.
* Strong hospital and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive consistent execution.
* Strategic thinking combined with strong operational discipline.
* A leadership style that is supportive, accountable and visible.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting.
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within NSW.
* Experience from competitor organisations or adjacent interventional spaces is highly regarded.
