Key Responsibilities
* Deliver innovative and contemporary library services aligned with the city's Community Plan
* Lead the operational management of the library while developing innovative projects and activities
* Foster collaboration and coordination throughout the organisation, demonstrating excellent customer service internally and externally
Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in library and information services or significant experience in library services
* Minimum 3 years' experience in leading and developing a library services team
* Proven strength in leadership, human resource management, project management, evaluation, resource and financial management, quality management, and policy development
* Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and policies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
