- Conduct regular audits of pricing data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams to ensure pricing processes align with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement controls to improve the accuracy and efficiency of unit pricing activities.
- Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to optimize pricing strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing pricing analysis and recommendations.
**Requirements**:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Unit Pricing Analyst or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of investment products and financial markets.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD) governing unit pricing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager).
- Experience with fund accounting systems (e.g., Advent Geneva, SimCorp).
