Katherine Town Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Manager to lead and evolve our people strategy and drive organisational excellence. This is a rare opportunity to become a key leader within a collaborative and close-knit team, serving one of the Northern Territory's most iconic regional centres Katherine, proudly known as the "Crossroads of the North."
As our People and Culture Manager, the key leadership position is responsible for managing all facets of human resources strategy and operations at Katherine Town Council. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll oversight, staff learning and development, workplace health and safety and compliance.
