Job Summary
This role is centered around developing sales through the delivery of high levels of customer service and engagement to each clientele with respect to the Maison's spirit and heritage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing strong sales turnover for the boutique in accordance with the store strategy, meeting turnover targets set by the boutique manager, respecting discount policy, and achieving key performance indicators defined by the boutique manager.
* Welcome and handle clients in the respect of the Maison's standards (in the boutique, on the phone or by mail or during events), adapting style to each client need to offer the appropriate service.
* Advise, convince, and ensure that each sale is handled accordingly, ensuring the prospecting and follow-up of new clients (local and international).
* Enrich the client database using welcome cards for clients and prospects and be a force of proposal to develop client actions (phone, mailing, etc.).
Customer Service SAV:
* Take care of each case according to the Maison's standards, following up on each case, and communicating to the boutique manager each problem.
* Participate in good management of the stock, reception and transfer, take part in inventory management/stocktake, check all products are correctly handled and priced, look after the level of stocks of accessories (catalogues, gifts, boxes, etc.), and look after merchandising (products are correctly emphasized according to boutique priorities, cleanliness, prices, etc.).
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years' experience in Retail Sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
* Strong passion for our products and Maison.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong in English.
* Pleasant disposition.
* Good team player.
* Performs well under pressure and can multi-task.
